Immigration officials arrest criminals, fugitives in Va., D.C.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents yesterday announced the arrests of 75 foreign nationals with criminal records and 12 fugitives throughout Virginia and in Washington. More than two dozen of those arrested were apprehended in southern and central Virginia.
