Reuters reports the Supreme Court will hear a case regarding Arizona’s controversial immigration law passed in 2010. Court challenges and appeals have worked through the federal court system and the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in April. A ruling will likely be announced in July.

Immigration Expert Says Supreme Court Won’t Side with Arizona

According to a Reuters report, the Supreme Court has said it will decide whether Arizona will be allowed to enforce its controversial 2010 immigration law. But according to a guest post that was published on the Supreme Court’s blog in July, it is unlikely the Supreme Court will side with the state on the matter.
